Shrewsbury: Senior Center hosts America's railroads program

Hear that whistle blow! Celebrate heroes, heroines, scoundrels and the everyday folk who worked and traveled on America's railroads Sept. 17, at 1 p.m., at the Shrewsbury Senior Center, 98 Maple Ave. Bob Reiser and Katie Green will relive the wild wonderful era of America's steam trains with stories and songs. Bring a friend, or come and make a new friend, and be entertained by remembering America's fabled railroad years. Refreshments will be served. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Shrewsbury Senior Center, Inc.
