Springfield: Young at Heart trip Salem Cross Inn

The Young at Heart group of Faith Fellowship Church is inviting the community to a Dec. 15 trip to Salem Cross Inn and Bright Nights. The day will start with a shopping stop at the Oakwood Christmas Barn, and then there will be lunch at the historic Salem Cross Inn. Of course, Yankee Candle is included before viewing the spectacular light display at Forest Park in Springfield. Meal: choice of maple salmon or Salem Cross Inn flaky chicken pot pie. Cost: $60.
