Oct. 18, the 2nd annual Bill McCarthy Memorial Golf Tournament will be held at Stow Acres Country Club, 58 Randall Rd., Stow. Shot gun start at 10:30 a.m., with barbecue and silent auction at 3:30 p.m. Cost: $150 per golfer or $600 per foursome (to attend the barbecue only, tickets are $35 per adult or $15 per child).
