Stow: Young Eagles flight rally

All those between ages 8-17 will have a chance to take to the skies Sept. 8, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., as EAA Chapter 196 hosts a Young Eagles Flight Rally at Minute Man Airfield, 302 Boxboro Rd., Stow. Registration takes place next to Nancy’s Airfield Café. Pilots at the event will also explain more about their airplanes, allowing young people to discover how airplanes work and how pilots ensure safety is the prime concern before every flight.
