Sudbury: Bird Walks for Beginners: Nighthawk Migration

Aug. 24, from 6 – 8 p.m., Bird Walks for Beginners: Nighthawk Migration will be held at Assabet River NWR, 680 Hudson Rd., Sudbury. The walk will be led by John Milhaven, an avid birdwatcher from Maynard. He has been birding in the Northeast for almost 40 years and on three continents and is a frequent visitor to the Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge. Group size is limited to 20 people and pre-registration is required. RSVP to John by 3 p.m. Aug. 23 at jmilhaven@gmail.com or call 978-201-6028. Free to ARNWR members. Non-members: $5.
