Westborough: Garden Club hosts ‘Confessions of a Garden Writer’

The Westborough Garden Club will present “Confessions of a Garden Writer,” with Boston Globe’s Carolyn Stocker, March 27, at 7 p.m., at Tatnuck Bookseller, 18 Lyman St., Westborough. Stocker will discuss her personal story of beginning as a crime reporter in Chicago, to writing about gardening for the Boston Globe and how during this transition she became a lover of gardening. The talk will be both entertaining and informative. Her Gardening column appears on Thursdays in the Style & Arts section, and she is also the author of The Boston Globe Illustrated New England Gardening Almanac. The public is welcome to attend this event with Garden Club members.
