The Westborough Public Library, 55 West Main St., will present the last program in its April is Money Smart Month series at 7 p.m. “Estate Planning 101” will be presented by Allen J. Falke, CPA, JD, LL.M., Vice President at Greenberg, Rosenblatt, Kull & Bitsoli, P.C., who has over 15 years experience with tax planning for closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. Falke will be joined by two of his colleagues, Suzanne Somma, CPA, Vice President who has been with the firm for over twenty years and specializes in the estate and trust area, and Maria Crowley, CPA, Supervisor at the firm, who specializes in non-profits, estates and trusts. The seminar will address: the basic concepts of estate planning, terms frequently used and what they mean, estate planning opportunities, taxes your estate could face, common pitfalls in an estate plan, and steps involved in administering an estate.
