Westborough: Thanksgiving tradition continues at annual Westborough Community Dinner

Westborough – The Westborough Community Thanksgiving Dinner team announced that the 43rd annual Westborough Community Thanksgiving Dinner will be held Thursday, Nov. 28, at 1 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 17 Willow St.

This free community gathering is open to all members of our community. A traditional Thanksgiving Dinner of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, vegetables, cranberry sauce, cider, and pumpkin pie and assorted desserts will be served.

Civic organizations from across Westborough are coming together, including the Knights of Columbus, Council on Aging, American Legion – Post #163, In Your Shoes, the Siloam Lodge – AF & AM, Lions Club of Westborough, Westborough Athletic and Social Association, Westborough Civic Club, Westborough Girl Scouts-Girl Scouts of Central & Western MA, the Westborough Rotary Club, the Westborough Professional Firefighter's Association, and the Westborough Superior (Police) Officer's Association. The Westborough Women's Club will again be providing dessert.

Many local companies are supporting the event, including Roche Brothers of Westborough, BJ's Warehouse Club, Bertucci's Italian Restaurant, Faris Farm Flowers, Ground Effects Landscaping, and the Training Associates.

Last year, over 75 individuals and families volunteered to make this event successful. To participate, call Joe Pucciarelli at 508-366-2852.

Because seating is limited, reservations are required. Call 508-366-3000 to make a reservation and schedule transportation if needed.
