Musicians of the Old Post Road will present “A Festive Christmas from Germany” Dec. 9, at 4 p.m., at First Unitarian Church, 90 Main St., Worcester.  The program will include a sprightly concerto by Michel Corrette based on a German Christmas chorale, glorious arias by J. S. Bach, the wintry suite Il Gennàro (“January”) by Gregor Joseph Werner, a rustic pastorale by Werner, and the regional premiere of the luminous Christmas cantata Ich bleibe Gott getreu by Christoph Graupner. Tickets: $30 general admission, $25 seniors and students. Children 7 to 17 admitted free of charge with an accompanying adult.
