Worcester: Diabetes Support Group meets

Sept. 4, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Dr. Russell W. Cournoyer, DPM, from Reliant Medical Group, is hosting a support group about “The High Risk Diabetic Foot” for patients who suffer from diabetes. During the session, medical professionals from Reliant will share information on how diabetes can affect circulation in the body and ultimately affect foot health. Attendees will learn about facts and figures, as well as some helpful preventive tips, when it comes to diabetes and the high risks associated with foot health. Participants are also encouraged to share their challenges and tips with others in attendance. The group will meet at Reliant Medical Group, 666 Lincoln St., Worcester. Free.
