Worcester: Open call auditions for holiday show

Open call auditions are Sept. 16 for a new holiday show at the Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts. Times for dancers: 10:30 to 11 a.m. for ages 3 & 4; 11 to 11:30 a.m. for ages 5 & 6; 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for ages 7 – 9; 1 to 2 p.m. for ages 10 – 12; 2 to 3 p.m. for ages 13 – 15; and 3 to 4 p.m. for ages 16 and over. Be prepared to do ballet & jazz combinations. If you can tumble, you will be asked for tricks at the end of the audition. Times for singers: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for ages 12 and under, and 1 to 2:30 p.m. for ages 13 and over. Vocalists should prepare to sing on or two Christmas songs.
