| Free

“Voices from Vietnam: Women Warriors and a New War Story,” a presentation and film by Dr. Karen Turner of the College of the Holy Cross, will be held Dec. 11, starting at 5:30 p.m., at Worcester Public Library, 3 Salem Square. The film focuses on the vast number of North Vietnamese women who went to war, a piece of history that is often overlooked. The film, 46 minutes in length, contains archival footage from Hanoi. It documents the daily lives and struggles of these women who helped build and defend the Ho Chi Minh Trail. Free. RSVP to Maureen Ryan Doyle at mryandoyle@aol.com or Charlene L. Martin at chmartin@townisp.com.
