      Southborough - Recently, the town has been levying fines on people who venture into the transfer station on Cordaville Road without the required $100 sticker. Fines of $100 to $250 per violation have been assessed on town residents who don't have stickers with them and on out-of-towners who pick up or leave items at the station.
