Shrewsbury - Parker Road Preschoolers (l to r) Ethan Wu, Jillian Waller and Jacob Newmark proudly display the medals they earned Oct. 25 during the school's Jump-A-Thon. Students gathered pledges per jump from family and friends. Money raised will be used for enrichment activities at Parker Road Preschool. According to Mary Lammi, director of Parker Road, the Jump-A-Thon is a great activity that all students can fully participate in no matter what their ability. Westborough - When Westborough resident Ray Berube was a boy, he would write scripts with his friends for fun. He began writing short fiction in junior high and continued writing through high school and college. His first published book, "A Poetic Voice," is a collection of poems written over the past 40 years. Berube's son, Charles, is the reason for the volume. More...

Hudson - Best buddies Jonathan Esteves and Jack LeDuc enjoy the annual Thanksgiving celebration held at the Hubert Elementary School kindergarten celebration in Hudson. During the Nov.20 celebration the children gave thanks for their schools and families.
