The statewide average satisfaction score was 4.19 on a five-point scale. Consistent with the data from DPH's original survey in 2005, the 2007 results show that family members are "more than satisfied with the care their loved ones receive." As a statistic, the score placed Coleman House as #1 in the Greater Northborough area, which includes Northborough, Westborough, Marlborough and Shrewsbury, and the 3rd best for all of the Worcester area.
