High School Fitness Center has summer hours

Westborough - The Fitness Center at Westborough High School is open free of charge to Westborough citizens, town employees, and middle and high school students through a grant from the MetroWest Community Health Care Foundation. The center is currently open from 7 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.

An Open House will be held Monday July 23 from 4 to 7 p.m. for interested employees, citizens and students who would like to learn more about the Fitness Center.

The Fitness Center is staff ed at all times by certified trainers who monitor the fitness room and work with participants. Registration is required, and can be accessed online through the Westborough Schools Web site at westborough. ma.schoolwebpages.com - Programs - Community Education. Registration can also be done in person at the Community Education Office at Westborough High School.
