New beds promise 'good nights and better days'

The Salmon Family of Services has purchased new beds for all rehabilitation clients and nursing home residents on their Westborough and Northbridge campuses. The beds, made by Völker, stimulate circulation, allow better physical positioning for their users, and "just plain look great." They were designed to incorporate topical stimulation, along with other features, to have a variety of positive eff ects on a person's body and state of mind. Dance It Up to hold auditions

Dance It Up! Dance Center will hold auditions for its 5th annual production of "The Nutcracker" Tuesday, Aug. 21, and Wednesday, Aug. 22. The non-compete auditions will take place at the dance center, 36 North Main St. (above the Olde Post Office Pub) in North Grafton. The audition for ages 7-10 is Aug. 21, from 6-7:30 p.m., and ages 11 and up will audition Aug. 22, from 6-8 p.m. Under the artistic direction of Emily Daniels, "The Nutcracker" will be performed in December at Grafton High School.
