of The Citizen's Scholarship Foundation "Dollars for Scholars" hosted their sixth annual Youth Golf Tournament at the end of June on the St. Mark's Golf Course in Southborough. A considerable thank you is sent to the amicable manager Andy Ingham. Many thanks go out to Maggie Guardiani and Lisa Pacific for co-chairing this event. The supporters of this fundraiser enable CSF to continue to fund and expand the Summer FUNds scholarship program for the youth of Marlborough in grades K- 11. The tireless committee of volunteers would like to publicly thank the many contributors to this successful event.

The wonderful shirts were sponsored by the American Legion Akroyd-Houde Post #132 of Marlborough. Thank you to Christo Auto Driving School for the sponsorship of the golf carts. The tournament catering was deliciously provided by The Buff et Way.

Our thanks go to the following individuals and businesses that endorsed our organization: Dr. Sal Zammitti, Embroidery Unlimited and Thunder Sports.

Many contributions were sent in by these supporting banks and grocery stores in the area, namely St. Mary's Credit Union, Marlborough Savings Bank, Citizen's Bank and Hudson Savings Bank, as well as Price Choppers and Hannaford's.

Please accept our thanks to all that donated in their own way, especially AAA - Marlborough Branch, Bob Wood and Davis's Farmland and Megamaze. We also appreciate the support of Fun and Games, Fairway Sports, Higgins Armory and Wayside Inn Candy Store. UMass- Marlborough Hospital has been a continued supporter, as well as Monti's Mini Market and McDonald's on Maple Street.

We also had the support of New England Aquarium, North Shore Music Theatre and Roger Williams Zoo. Many thanks to Marlborough Country Club, Berlin Country Club, Six Flags of New England and the Boston Museum of Science. Shade was provided by the Farrell family's use of their awnings.

The tournament participators appreciated the food donations from Acosta - Nestle Waters of America; Bertucci's Brick Oven Ristorante; Honey Dew Donuts; and Panera Bread.

Thanks to the area newspapers for promoting the event. Last, but not least, we would like to extend our thanks to all of the golfers who helped make this annual outing a fun and financially successful tournament.
