Calvario earns designations 

Bernadette Calvario

Northborough - Bernadette "Bernie" Calvario, a realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Northborough, has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, Inc. (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

The designation is awarded to real estate professionals who have successfully completed a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on representing buyers.

Calvario has also completed several other professional courses during her seven years of real estate business. She is relocation certified; specializes in new home sales, historical homes and residential new construction; and is negotiations specialist and a 1031 tax deferred specialist. She is also a member of the Coldwell Banker Cares charitable program.

Calvario lives in Hopkinton with her family.
