Baily completes professional real estate courses

Northborough - Jeri R. Baily of WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Com- Vest Residential has successfully completed Course 102 (Managing Risk) and Course 201 (standards and technology) of the Realtor® Institute (GRI) program sponsored by the Massachusetts Association of Realtors®. Courses 102 and 201 are two of six, 15-hour courses which comprise the 90 hours of course instruction in the GRI program. Baily has previously completed GRI 101-Skills for Success and GRI 302-Expanding Your Base.

Baily adds the GRI training to her already impressive list of credentials. She has earned the CBR

Certified Buyers Representative) and QSC (Quality Service Certified) designations.

A top producing agent, she specializes in residential sales with emphasis on senior clients and first-time homebuyers, as well as relocation and property management. She works with both buyers and sellers in a large radius in Worcester County and surrounding areas. She is a member of the Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS®, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Baily, a native of Litchfield, Conn., is a 20-year resident of Northborough. She holds a bachelor's degree in family studies/ sociology and a master's degree in education with a major in counseling. She is also a licensed Notary Public and, prior to real estate, worked as a counselor in public and private school settings.

She serves the community as a member of the Community Action Committee of the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors®, a member of the Northborough Junior Women's Club and cochair of its Arts Committee, a past deacon at the Trinity Church in Northborough, and a Community Reading Day volunteer.
