Southborough Jewelers silent auction Oct. 16-20

Mark your calendars from Oct. 16-20 as Southborough Jewelers holds a five-day silent auction to benefit the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PANCAN). Proceeds from the purchase of the $5 bid cards will be donated to PANCAN. Everyone is invited to stop in to make bid on the huge selection of fine jewelry, including gold, sterling silver, diamond jewelry, colored gem jewelry, pearls, crystal and more, that will be auctioned off to make room for new holiday merchandise and contribute a great cause. Southborough Jewelers is located at 162 Cordaville Rd. Serene-Scape hosts Dr. Moriarty Oct. 16 Serene-Scape Day Spa will host Dr. Karen Moriarty of Northborough Chiropractic Center Tuesday, Oct. 16, at 6 p.m. The seminar, "Natural Weight Loss Through Healthy Nutrition," will show guests how chiropractic practices and the development of good eating habits tie in to "overall good health." The seminar is free, but reservations are requested as space is limited. Drinks and appetizers will be served. Serene-Scape Day Spa is located at 376 Maple St., Marlborough.

CNE grand opening Oct. 9

Take the kids for a fun-filled event Tuesday, Oct. 9, from 12-9 p.m., during the grand opening of CNE Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Showrooms. The celebration includes giveaways, caricature drawings, face painting, popcorn and soda, and prizes, including a flat screen TV. Also, players from the N.E. football team will make an appearance from 6-8 p.m. Cabinet distributors with over 25 years experience, CNE Kitchen & Bath, located at 318 Main St. in Northborough, offers professional designs, night and weekend hours, and installation.
