Newcomers to hold raffle at General Meeting

Marlborough - Earn a chance to win a gift certificate to Home Depot, the Vin Bin, Trombetta's, Fireflies, Lazer Zone or other local businesses just by filling out a free raffle ticket at the Marlborough Area Newcomers and Neighbors (MANN) General Meeting Monday Oct. 15. The meeting starts at 7:15 p.m. at the New Horizons Breakfast Nook, 370 Hemenway Street, Marlborough. The winner must be present at the meeting to claim the prize.

Also at the meeting will be a speaker from the Marlborough Police Department to discuss child safety. The presentation will include tips for Halloween, dealing with strangers and unsafe environments. The public is welcome to attend this event and learn steps that can be taken to prevent child abuse and abduction.
