Making some noise … about the noise

Westborough - As populations swell, noise pollution is an ever-growing concern in area communities. To address the complaints he's received from constituents, Westborough Selectman George Thompson has suggested instituting a noise ordinance for Westborough. When he proposed the ordinance at a recent meeting, the other selectmen agreed it was worth looking into. Although growth is considered progress by most, it need not interfere with the quality of life for those who call our towns home.
