Fire damages local spa

Northborough - Emergency crews continue clean-up efforts at the Spa at Nicholas Michaels Oct. 18, one day after fire caused serious damage to the facility located at 422 W. Main St. in Northborough.

Employees at the scene said standing appointments will be performed in clients' homes as well as at a soon-to-be-determined interim location until reconstruction of the building is complete. Employees said that the company computer had survived the fire, and that there would be no problem tracking and honoring gift certificates that have not yet been redeemed.
