Dorothy E. Connolly, 87
Marlborough - Dorothy E. (Gallagher) Connolly, 87, formerly of West Newton, Waltham and Onset, died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2007 at Marlborough Hospital.

She leaves her husband, John Connolly, and her children, Peter Connolly and his wife, Maria; Sheila Noah and her husband, Bruce; Ann Tom; Paul Connolly; Claire McNamara; Marian Jarosz and her husband, John; John Connolly and his wife, Linda; and Tom Connolly and his wife, Jackie. She also leaves her sister, Teresa Ohnemus; 16 grandchildren; eight greatgrandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Born in Waltham, the daughter of Frank and Mary (Dolan) Gallagher, she was a 1938 graduate of St. Charles High School.

Mrs. Connolly, a homemaker, was very active at St. Charles Women's Club and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Oct. 22 from the Joyce Funeral Home of Waltham, with burial at Calvary Cemetery in Waltham.
