'Food for Life' cooking class at Marlborough Hospital

LOUIS DEFELIPPI
Marlborough - On Oct. 15, just before the start of the first of a series of four "Food for Life" nutrition and cooking classes are (l to r) Melissa Hodgson, Marlborough Hospital's marketing and communication director; Molly Tarleton, from Hannaford Supermarkets, a class sponsor; and Molly Lee, cooking instructor for The Cancer Project. The classes are held in the Marlborough Hospital Leahy Conference Center.

Lee, who has been teaching this class for four years all across the state in similar venues, colleges and markets, covers the benefits associated with use of whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables in a healthy and delicious high-fiber diet.

Although this four-session class is filled to capacity, there are plans to run the classes again.
