Halloween gathering

Shrewsury - Hayden Dubois aims for a strike Oct. 28 at a Halloween gathering of residents of the Brightside, Richard and Maple Circle neighborhood. For the past six years, neighbors and friends have celebrated Halloween together, many in costume, at an event with refreshments, games and a candy search.
