Barboza achieves designations

Linda Barboza

Northborough - Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced that Linda Barboza of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Northborough has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). The designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.

To obtain the ABR® designation, Barboza successfully completed a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience. She was also awarded the Certified Negotiation Specialist Designation. The Coldwell Banker exclusive certification provides her with today's cutting edge negotiating tools and techniques.
