New Beginnings looking for donations

Hudson - New Beginnings, A Foundation for Pregnant Girls & Women In Need, is a nonprofit charity established in 2006 by Hudson resident Kathleen Laplante. The foundation is currently holding its end-of-theyear fund-raising drive, with proceeds going to local crisis pregnancy centers, shelters and other related services. Birthright, Visitation House, A Woman's Concern, Life Saver Ministries and Spring House are some of the organizations on the recipient list.

Monetary donations are always welcome, but New Beginnings can also liquidate pre-qualified, gently used or new items, to obtain funds for the foundation. Examples of useful donations include: personal or business check, money order, credit card donation; used cars, boats, RVs, farm and construction equipment; time shares, real estate and business interests; fine dinnerware, cameras, jewelry, antiques, artwork; stocks, mutual funds; copyrights, royalties; and excess business inventory or estate gifts.
