Unique features: "We have a partnership with Teamworks, which is in Northborough. We've invested a lot of money in the renovation of the fitness area, which resides on our lower level. It's absolutely gorgeous. We have a lot of equipment for cardio and weights and have gotten very positive feedback since it is also open to the general public. In conjunction with their location in Northborough, Teamworks also does team-building exercises with our corporate guests over there. This is a great benefit at our hotel."

Business overview: "We represent our sister property, which is the Westborough Courtyard by Marriott, so between the two we have over 300 rooms," said Sandra Miller, area director of sales. "Here, in Marlborough, we have 202 rooms. We have a full-service bar and restaurant, … a pool, 8,000 square feet of meeting space, two ballrooms, and a wonderful private health and fitness facility called Teamworks, which is a fabulous feature and is open to guests here as well as the general public."

Amenities: "We offer free wireless service, a 24-hour business center, dinner at the restaurant, full-service lounge and breakfast in the mornings. Our living room area is very inviting, with a fireplace, couches, tables and plenty of seating. Many people come in after work to check e-mail and have a drink. We also offer discounted rates for weekends and holidays. It's also really nice to have members of the surrounding community use the Teamworks facility and take advantage of the classes that they offer here."

Facility: "In addition to having guests stay overnight here, we are able to hold various functions - from meetings, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, and more. We do all of our own catering. We have made a lot of friends here at the Courtyard."
