      Westborough - In the past, there were definitely stigmas that went along with diff erent crowds of kids at school, and you knew who was cool and who wasn't. Athletes were usually pretty cool. District uses weather alert system to relay information

      Westborough - Dr. Anne Towle, the town's superintendent of schools, said the district has used its ConnectEd program to alert the community about school closings and delays on three occasions already during the current academic year.
