Gymnasts perform well in competition

      Region - Local gymnasts from Westborough's Massachusetts Gymnastics Center (MGC) turned in impressive performances at the Maryland Classic, held in Landover, Md., earlier this month. The highlight of a stellar weekend of competition was the first-place finishes recorded by the Level 6 and 7 teams.

Area towns join forces on girls ice hockey team

      Region - Northborough, Southborough, Marlborough and Hudson have joined forces to field a pretty competitive girls ice hockey team. The team is considered Algonquin Regional's, since the Tomahawks fielded a girls ice hockey team for the previous five years and the uniforms carry the regional school's tradition maroon color.
