Westborough store erects unique sign over back entrance

      Westborough - With the traffic volume increasing along Route 30 and limited parking in the front of his 15 East Main St. store, Westborough Paint & Decorating owner Doug Curving decided to make the back entrance to his business more like a second front entrance.

      Westborough - The public is invited to join the Westborough Historical Society and the Westborough Library in honoring the literary achievements of the town's authors at a special program and reception Monday April 28 from 7 to 9 p.m.

Tree dedication to be held
      Westborough - Marguerite Newton, a parishioner of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church who recently passed away, will be remembered with the dedication of a magnolia tree in her honor Saturday April 26 at 10:30 a.m. She was a resident of Heath Street and the wife of the late Dexter Newton, a former town moderator. The Armstrong School was named after her father.
