She shoots, she scores!

Shrewsbury - Shrewsbury High's Mickey Tinsley eludes a Nashoba defender and heads to the goal to score one of her four goals in the Colonials' 16-4 victory over the Chieftains in a girls lacrosse game played May 15 in Shrewsbury. Other goalscorers for the Colonials in the game were Jenna Tonelli (three goals), Alicia Tinsley (three), Nicole DiPilato (two), Claire Gutekanst, Meg Roy, Meg McCarthy and Callie Theodoss.

PHOTO/DAVID PELLER Shrewsbury improved to 8-3-2 with the win, while Nashoba dropped to 8-4-1 with the loss. Mickey Tinsley leads the Colonials in goalscoring this season with 52. Alicia Tinsley, her sister, has scored 37, Tonelli has 35, DiPilato has 15 and Gutekanst has 13.
