The Loop, CVS remain works in progress

      Northborough - Despite the sluggish economy, both locally and nationwide, work continues in and around Northborough on several construction projects. The biggest retail development under construction is "The Loop," and it will, in all likelihood, remain at the top of the "under construction" list until its opening, which is tentatively scheduled for sometime in 2010.
