She leaves her husband, Paul Fernald, and her children, Chuck Leahy and his wife, Jayne; Michael Leahy and his fiancé, Kelly O'Hare; and Kathi Bailey and her husband, Tim.

      Boylston - Douglas F. Klosen, 69, of Boylston, died Wednesday, July 16, 2008 in UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester after a short bout with cancer. He leaves his wife of 45 years, Carol (Madeja) Klosen, and his sons, David Klosen and Christopher Klosen and his wife, Darlene. A son, Stephen Klosen, died in 2004.
