High School welcomes new choral director

      Marlborough - Music has been a lifelong passion for Shannon Phypers, who has joined the Marlborough High School teaching staff this year as the new choral director. "My family has videos of me at 2 years old singing all the words to Dire Straits songs, and I could hardly talk at the time," Phypers recalled with a laugh. "I've always been a very musical person.

Two Hudson students rank as National Merit semi-finalists

School Committee announces new superintendent

      Hudson - After some administrative ups and downs, the Hudson School District is looking to move forward, as School Committee member Christopher Yates announced Sept. 8 the hiring of Dr. Stephen P. Dlott as interim superintendent. Dlott, who was the former superintendent of the Westborough School District, is not a stranger to the Hudson School District.
