      Westborough - After a year and a half of difficult negotiations, members of the Westborough Teachers Association recently voted, 244-80, to ratify the contract proposed by the School Committee. The new contract, with its past and present pay increases, will cost the town $1.3 million during the current fiscal year, and will require a vote at the Monday Oct.
