      To the Editor: Thanks to beautiful weather and strong commu - nity support, OAR's 22nd Annual Assabet River Cleanup was an outstanding success! High water from Tropical Storm Hannah limited in-river activity, but over 130 volunteers still managed to haul tires, bicycles, paint cans, TVs, toilets, and "even the kitchen sink!

      Westborough - With Town Meeting voters poised to accept ownership of the long promised 2.5-acre park at Bay State Commons, town officials were dismayed to find that the developer had written a host of restrictions into the deed, specifying what the space could not be used for.
