Former local standout makes most of college football debut

      Northborough/Southborough - Former Algonquin Regional High School (ARHS) standout Dave Teggart had a debut most college kickers could only dream about, booting four field goals and converting four extra points to help lead the University of Connecticut (UConn) football team to a 40-16 victory over Cincinnati Oct. 25 in Hartford, Conn.
