Save the date for 2009 Winter Ball
      Northborough - It's time to save the date for the 24th Annual Winter Ball, sponsored by the Northborough Community Affairs Committee. The 2009 event will be Saturday Jan. 31 at 6:30 p.m. at the White Cliff s Function Facility and will include cocktails, dinner, dessert, dancing to the band "Radiance" and raffles.

'Speaking Peace' comes to Northborough
      Northborough - On Saturday Nov. 15, the Peace Study- Action group at First Parish Church Unitarian Universalist in Northborough, in conjunction with the Institute for Peaceable Communities, will host "Speaking Peace," a workshop in nonviolent communication, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Parish Hall.
