WTA unhappy with delay in receipt of retroactive pay

      Westborough - Bonnie Ross, president of the Westborough Teachers Association (WTA), appeared before the Westborough School Committee at its Nov. 5 meeting to relay the union's disappointment that the retroactive pay approved by voters at the Oct. 20 Town Meeting would not be included in paychecks until Nov. 20.
