ALS 2008 Walk huge success'
      To the editor: To the 500 walkers who participated in the September 27, 2008, Central Mass Walk to Defeat ALS "because you can," this year's motto: THANK YOU! This walk alone raised over $133,000 in online donations before the morning of the walk. On Saturday, another $38,000 was brought in by cash or checks!
