To the Editor: Years ago there was no leash law in Northborough. Dogs were free to run through neighbor's gardens and were always in danger of being killed in traffic. However, as they ran through the neighborhood, they satisfied their instinct to socialize with other dogs and were able to expend their energy by running unencumbered by a leash. More...
