Bruce Card ends a 15-year run as selectman

      Shrewsbury - After more than 50 years of service to the town of Shrewsbury including 15 years on the Board of Selectmen, Selectman Bruce Card is calling it quits. In an emotional statement at the start of the Jan. 7 board meeting, Card said he will not seek re-election in May.
