Marisa Giorgi, Rajeev Nath wed
Shrewsbury - Marisa Giorgi, the daughter of Kathleen Murphy of Pittsburgh, Penn., and Amedeo Giorgi of Oakland, Cal., and Rajeev Nath, the son of Raktim and Neeta Nath of Shrewsbury, recently completed their multi-day, interfaith marriage ceremony, including both Hindu and Christian rites of marriage. The events included Ashirwad (engagement) in New York City, a two-day ceremony in Pittsburgh with family and friends, and a Bou Bhat, a reception welcoming the bride to her new husband's family in Shrewsbury. The couple went on a honeymoon in India this month.
