Westborough - Four-year-old twins Jack and Owen Kelly read a story with their mother, Julie, at the Westborough Public Library Jan. 27. The family, in their New England Patriots gear, attended the "Super Bowl Send-Off" at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough that morning.
