Normant joins Marlborough Savings Bank Marlborough Savings Bank (MSB) is pleased to announce the addition of Joseph J. Normant Jr. as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the financial reporting and internal controls, as well as the investment management portfolio and liquidity management of the bank. Normant began his financial career as a staff auditor at Shatswell, Macleod & Co., P.C. upon graduation from Merrimack College with a B.S. in Accounting. He also received his M.S. in Finance from Bentley College. Most recently, he was the Vice President and Controller at the former Westborough Bank before joining Marlborough Savings Bank in 2007. He is a member of the Financial Managers Society and a Bentley College Alumni Ambassador.
