Select GMAC partners complete training

Shrewsbury - Three salespartners of Select GMAC Real Estate recently completed the comprehensive Premier Service training course through the GMAC Home Services Learning Institute.

The focus of the course was helping sales-partners understand and meet the challenges of today's customers and learning the steps necessary to eff ectively implement Premier Service, the powerful brand strategy that has earned Select GMAC Real Estate a 100 percent Customer Satisfaction Rating and diff erentiates them from the competition in the Greater Worcester area market.

Attending sales-partners also learned how to set impressive service standards, provide a powerful service commitment and secure meaningful feedback to improve on future performance.
