Spin For Hope Fund-Raiser

On March 2, from 9 a.m. to noon, the Westboro Tennis and Swim Club will be joining more than 30 clubs across New England hosting the American Cancer Society's Spin For Hope 4th annual event. Those interested in participating in the event should visit www.cancer.org/spinforhope or www.westborotennisandswimclub. com and click on the registration link. In the last three years, Spin For Hope has raised over $650,000 to benefit the American Cancer Society's programs of cancer research, education, advocacy, and patient services. Marlborough Savings donates to popular program Marlborough Savings Bank's recently donated $1,000 to the City of Marlborough's Saturday Morning Discovery Series. The City of Marlborough and the Arts Alliance bring the series of free family performances, which feature some of the best entertainers in New England and beyond, including magicians, musicians, mimes, jugglers and more. The Saturday Morning Discovery Series has been entertaining the public in these free performances since 2001. For more information on the program, visit www.upwitharts.org.
